Российское правительство согласовало изменения в налоговых выплатах для нефтяных компаний, которые вступят в силу с 1 сентября. Об этом сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на несколько источников, знакомых с ситуацией.

Ожидается, что сокращенные выплаты будут действовать в течение одного года. По данным агентства, согласованы ранее озвученные Минфином предложения, предполагавшие в расчете демпфера по бензину и дизтопливу снизить вдвое дельту между экспортной и внутренней ценой. Как ранее писал «Коммерсантъ», при вступлении в силу такого решения отрасль будет получать на 50 миллиардов рублей в месяц меньше.

Помимо этого, цена нефти в налогах будет выбираться из трех наибольших, а именно: фактической цены Urals, дисконтированной цены Brent (при этом дисконт с сентября будет снижен до 20 долларов за баррель), либо цены, которая будет установлена по методике ФАС, согласованной с Минфином. Последняя будет высчитываться с учетом средней цены нефти в российских портах — Балтики, Новороссийска и Козьмино, а также цены поставок по нефтепроводу «Дружба». По данным журналистов, в расчет пошлины на нефть введут индекс СПбМТСБ, рассчитывающийся по тем же приведенным выше показателям.
