Инспектор ДПС из Краснодара предстанет перед судом по обвинению в пяти эпизодах получения взяток и в четырех эпизодах служебного подлога. Об этом «Ленте.ру» сообщили в управлении Следственного комитета России по Краснодарскому краю.

Вместе с ним по делу проходит его посредник. Фигуранты полностью признали вину.

По данным следствия, с марта по май 2022 года инспектор во время дежурства регулярно собирал взятки в размере от 30 до 100 тысяч рублей с водителей большегрузов. За это он обещал не привлекать их к административной ответственности. К примеру, так он поступал с теми, от кого чувствовал запах алкоголя.

Для получения взяток фигурант вовлекал в качестве посредника своего знакомого, который вместе с автомобилистами ездил к банкомату, забирал деньги и передавал сотруднику полиции. После этого инспектор иногда все равно составлял административные протоколы, но по другой статье, которая не предполагает лишения прав.

Посреднику также предъявили обвинение по статье 291.1 УК РФ («Посредничество во взяточничестве»). Теперь ему грозит лишение свободы от трех до семи лет.
