В Харьковской области задержали главу Малоданиловского поселкового совета Александра Гололобова. Его заподозрили в продаже гуманитарной помощи, сообщает Telegram-канал украинского издания «Страна.ua» со ссылкой на источник в правоохранительных органах.

Предполагается, что чиновник организовал торговлю гумпомощью через сеть магазинов. «В преступную группу входило несколько человек: депутат этого же поселкового совета, директор благотворительной организации и несколько предпринимателей, через магазины которых осуществлялась торговля гуманитарной помощью», — говорится в сообщении.

В отношении Гололобова возбуждено уголовное дело по статье о мошенничестве. Ему грозит от трех до семи лет лишения свободы. При этом также отмечается, что в феврале в отношении поселкового главы возбудили другое уголовное дело — по факту хищения 16,2 тысячи долларов из бюджета.

Ранее Управление верховного комиссара ООН по правам человека сообщило, что украинские власти сажали в тюрьмы собственных граждан, которые доставляли и раздавали гуманитарную помощь мирному населению на подконтрольных России территориях.
