Врач и телеведущий Александр Мясников предупредил россиян об опасных последствиях приема нескольких популярных лекарств. В своем Telegram-канале доктор заявил, что антигистаминные препараты, которые обычно принимают при аллергии, могут провоцировать развитие болезни Альцгеймера.

Специалист назвал факторами риска этой болезни генетическую предрасположенность, отсутствие физических нагрузок, избыточный вес, курение и диабет. «И, кстати, [фактором риска является] прием некоторых медикаментов: бензодиазепинов

, опиоидов

и даже антигистаминных [препаратов]», — отметил врач.

Ранее Мясников рассказал, что ожирение может привести к нарушению осанки. По словам ведущего, из-за большого живота центр тяжести в теле смещается, поэтому человек постоянно прогибается назад.

До этого доктор также опроверг распространенное утверждение о том, что сон на спине способствует развитию болезни Альцгеймера. По словам телеведущего, на появление этой формы деменции больше влияет генетика, чем поза во время сна.
