Президент Казахстана Касым-Жомарт Токаев подписал закон, регулирующий работу блогеров и деятельность онлайн-платформ. Об этом сообщает ТАСС.

Закон вводит понятия «пользователь интернет-платформ» и «инфлюенсер» и устанавливает их права и обязанности. Документ запрещает распространение ложной информации и предписывает обязательную интеграцию казахского языка в интерфейс и модерацию онлайн-платформ.

Собственники онлайн-платформ будут обязаны сотрудничать с госорганами в борьбе с неуплатой налогов и распространением недостоверной информации. В случае обнаружения подобной информации собственник будет должен ее удалить, в случае несогласия, возможно ограничение деятельности платформы.

Пользователей онлайн-платформ будут обязаны маркировать онлайн-рекламу, размещаемую на их страницах, а также вести деятельность в соответствии с предпринимательским законодательством.

Во время протестов в Казахстане зимой 2022 года власти пытались блокировать доступ в интернет с помощью DPI-оборудования (Deep Packet Inspection), которое используется в России в рамках закона об устойчивом интернете.
